People

Beyond our own 3000-strong UK-based team, there are many more people and communities, both here in the UK and around the world, whose lives we touch through our operations.

We believe in treating people fairly and honestly, seeking to promote their health and wellbeing and making our impact on their lives a positive one.

Our People

At Young’s people come first. We began life as a family business over 200 years ago and that’s helped to shape who we are today. In close-knit operations from Grimsby to Fraserburgh, you’ll still find generations of families working together and we believe that this helps to define us and set us apart.

We work hard to keep every member of our Young’s family safe, support their health and wellbeing and give them opportunities to learn and grow.

Communities and Charities

Beyond our role as employer, we’re proud to be involved in our local communities in the UK and overseas, to share our values and support initiatives that make a difference.

Whether it’s the annual carnival in Cleethorpes, the seafood in schools initiative in Scotland or a rhino sanctuary in Sumatra, we’re supporting local causes and investing in our communities now and for the future.
