    Our Fish Cakes are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

  • 16 mins to oven bake 230°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 8.

    Pre-heat the oven and baking tray. Remove all packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 16 minutes (fan oven 14 minutes).

  • 15 mins to grill – medium heat. Pre-heat the grill pan on a medium heat setting.

    Remove all packaging. Place product on to the base of the grill pan and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Minced Alaska Pollock (38%) (Fish), Partially Reconstituted Potato, Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Sunflower Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Salt, Yeast, Wheat Starch, Water, Seasoning [Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper Extract, Parsley Extract], Dextrose, Mustard Flour, Parsley, Black Pepper.
