Cooking guidelines & preparation
Our Cod Fillet and Chips are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
25 mins to oven bake 230°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 8
Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging and set aside the chips. Place the cod fillet on a wire rack over a deep baking tray onto the top shelf of the oven and cook for 5 minutes. Place the chips on a separate baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook both the fillet and chips for a further 20 minutes (fan oven 17 minutes). Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.
