Our Fruits de Mer with Black Garlic and Lemon Butter is best pan fried. Defrost thoroughly before use, drain off any excess liquid before cooking. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat Remove all packaging Gently add the Fruits de Mer and black garlic and lemon butters to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
