- 200g White Cabbage shredded
- 200g Red Cabbage shredded
- 100g Carrots shredded
- 2 spring onions shredded
- 2tbsp Fresh Coriander – Chopped
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Korean lime & soy dipping sauce
- 4 tbsps soy sauce
- 2 tbsps Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 spring Onion finely chopped
Lime, cucumber & wasabi dip
- Juice & Zest of 1 lime
- 200g Crème Fraiche
- ½ Cucumber deseeded & diced
- A dash Wasabi

How to make it
- Cook Young’s Sweet Chilli Prawns, Lemon & Pepper Cod Fillet Strips and Lemon & Herb Tempura Battered Scampi as instructed on pack.
Asian-style slaw
- Mix the mayonnaise with the sweet chilli sauce, sesame seeds & coriander.
- Place the cabbage, carrots and spring onions in a bowl & toss together. Add the mayonnaise & combine together.
