What you’ll need

Asian-style slaw

  • 200g White Cabbage shredded
  • 200g Red Cabbage shredded
  • 100g Carrots shredded
  • 2 spring onions shredded
  • 2tbsp Fresh Coriander – Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Korean lime & soy dipping sauce

  • 4 tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 spring Onion finely chopped

Lime, cucumber & wasabi dip

  • Juice & Zest of 1 lime
  • 200g Crème Fraiche
  • ½ Cucumber deseeded & diced
  • A dash Wasabi
  • Cooking time

    30 mins

How to make it

  1. Cook Young’s Sweet Chilli Prawns, Lemon & Pepper Cod Fillet Strips and Lemon & Herb Tempura Battered Scampi as instructed on pack.

Asian-style slaw

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the sweet chilli sauce, sesame seeds & coriander.
  2. Place the cabbage, carrots and spring onions in a bowl & toss together. Add the mayonnaise & combine together.
