About the Donation

Young’s Seafood Limited have raised a fantastic £320 for Harbour Place in a staff raffle. The Grimsby-based company donated the money along with a collection of mugs to the day centre and this morning (Tuesday 2nd June) presented a cheque to Allen Young, Project Director at Harbour Place. Harbour Place is the Young’s Seafood Limited 2015 official charity and the company have been raising money through various activates throughout the year.

About the Charity

Grimsby-based Harbour Place Day Centre opened in 1996 and operates as a day centre for the homeless and other socially excluded groups. The centre aims to improve the health and well-being of the vulnerable people of North East Lincolnshire, running various schemes including a Street Outreach Project, which is aimed at preventing rough sleeping.
