Young’s Gender Pay Gap Report

In April 2017, the Government introduced new gender pay gap transparency regulations, which encourages large employers to take action to close their gender pay gap where one exists. The attached report looks at the six required metrics for Young’s, and are taken from a snapshot of what we paid our employees on 5th April 2022.
