This Easter the staff at Young’s Seafood in Grimsby have been planning something eggs-tra special for the children of St Andrews Hospice. All week the Young’s team have been generously donating Easter Eggs and the collection has hit an impressive 100 eggs, which they will be presenting to St Andrews today (Thursday 2nd April).

Grimsby-based St Andrew’s Hospice was founded 35 years ago and since then has helped provide care and support to thousands of local people with life limiting illnesses. Pete Ward CEO of Young’s Seafood commented, ‘St Andrew’s is vitally important to the local community, the work their wonderful staff do is an inspiration to us all and we’re so happy to be able to make this small gesture of our appreciation and support for the Hospice and it’s residents’.

Jane Whenham-White, Head of Income Generation and Marketing at St Andrews Hospice said: “We’re delighted with the Easter Eggs and we’d like to thank the staff at Young’s Seafood for their kind donation. We love Easter here at St Andrews and appreciate the chocolate additions to our celebrations!”
