Chips

  • Oven Chips
  • Black pepper
  • Dried Crushed Chilli

Curry Sauce

  • 100ml Double Cream
  • 1tbsp Curry Powder
  • 230ml Chicken Stock/Water
  • 1 Level tsp Cornflour

How to make it

  1. Cook the Chip Shop Cod Fillets according to the instructions on pack & the chips of your choice.

Chips

  1. Cook your chips, following the on pack instructions.
  2. Once cooked, season your chips generously with the black pepper & dried crushed chilli.

Curry Sauce

  1. In a pan bring the stock to the boil & reduce to a simmer.
  2. Add the curry powder & mix well.
  3. Combine the cornflour with a little water and add stirring all the time.
  4. Finish with the cream & season to taste.
