How to make it
- Cook the Chip Shop Cod Fillets according to the instructions on pack & the chips of your choice.
- Cook your chips, following the on pack instructions.
- Once cooked, season your chips generously with the black pepper & dried crushed chilli.
- In a pan bring the stock to the boil & reduce to a simmer.
- Add the curry powder & mix well.
- Combine the cornflour with a little water and add stirring all the time.
- Finish with the cream & season to taste.
