How to make it
Boil the sweet potatoes – cover with cold water and a pinch of salt, bring to the boil and then simmer until soft enough to mash (prick with a fork to test)
Boil the greens in one pan – cover with cold water and a pinch of salt, bring to the boil and cook for around 4 – 5 mins
Drain the sweet potatoes and veg in a colander
Use a potato masher to mash the sweet potato with the spread and milk until nice and smooth
Gently stir in the vegetables and serve as a side dish
