Fish Fillet Quarter Pounder with Tartare Sauce
What you’ll need
Sandwich
- 2 packs of Chip shop Quarter Pounders
- 4 Sliced Brioche buns
- 2 Large tomatoes sliced
- 1 bag mixed salad leaves
Tartare Sauce
- 6 TBSP Good quality mayonnaise
- 4 TBSP Fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 Heaped TBSP Red onion finely diced
- 2 Heaped TBSP Capers
- 2 Heaped TBSP Baby Gherkins
- 2 Eggs

How to make it
Fish Fillet
- Cook the Quarter Pounders according to the instructions
Tartare Sauce
- Hard boil the eggs, leave to cool, peel & roughly chop
- Rinse, drain & chop the capers & baby gherkins
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir gently to combine
The sandwich
- Slice the brioche buns & butter lightly. Sear the buttered brioche in hot pan on both sides until golden
- Spread a little tartare sauce on the bun add a layer of salad leaves, the quarter pounder then top with sliced tomato and a little more tartare sauce.
