What you’ll need

  • 1 x pack Gastro Signature Breaded Haddock Fish Fingers
  • 4 x plain mini naan breads

Tandoori Mayo

  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. tandoori paste
  • ½ fresh lime juice

To Serve

  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • ½ cucumber, finely sliced

How to make it

  1. Place Fish Fingers on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 16-18 minutes.
  2. Mix together the ingredients for the mayo.
  3. Spread the mini naans with tandoori mayo, top with chunky fish fingers, red onion and cucumber, with a drizzle of more mayo.
