Master Unexpected Guests
What you’ll need
- 1 Pack of Young’s Simply Breaded Cod 440g
- 3 Tsp green pesto (use jar or 1 bunch basil, 3 tbsp extra virgin, handful parmesan, handful pine nuts – blend)
- 1 Pack of mixed salad
- 1 Pack of conchiglie pasta
- 100g Parmesan
Tomato sauce:
- 6 Chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove crushed and chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tbsp passata
- Handful chopped basil
Salad:
- Refresh in ice water – dry well and mix with cherry tomatoes

How to make it
- Cook the Young’s Simply Breaded Cod to pack instructions
- While the cod is cooking, make the tomato sauce by combining all ingredients and bring to the boil
- Cook the pasta according to instructions, once cooked, stir in the green pesto
- Transfer the cooked cod to an ovenproof dish
- Top the cod with the tomato sauce, ensuring the ends of the fish are still visible
- Add the parmesan and grill to melt the cheese and ensure it is golden brown
- Master any mealtime – from freezer to feast in 30 minutes – boom!
