Our Prawns have already been cooked and peeled. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Defrosted prawns must be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. 3 hours to defrost For best results place the unopened bag in the refrigerator overnight, alternatively leave the bag at room temperature for approximately 3 hours. Drain before serving. rapid defrost Place as many prawns as required into a sieve and place under cold running water for a few minutes. Gently shake to stop them sticking together. eat hot Simply add your frozen prawns to your chosen recipe and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For best results, do not overcook.
