2 Lemon & Herb Marinated Basa Fillets
Cooking guidelines & preparation
Our Lemon, Dill and Parsley Basa Fillets are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Two or more Basa fillets may require additional cooking time.
25 mins to oven bake -200°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 6.
Pre-heat the oven. Remove Basa fillet from carton and inner pouch. Place Basa fillet on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes (fan oven 18 minutes).
4 mins to microwave.
Remove Basa fillet from carton and inner pouch. Place Basa fillet onto a microwaveable plate. Cover with microwaveable cling film and pierce. Cook on FULL POWER in the centre of the turntable as follows: Microwave Power 800W 1 fillet - 4 mins / 2 fillets - 8 mins 900W 1 fillet - 3 mins / 2 fillets - 6 mins Before serving stand for 1 minute. Caution! Plate will become hot during cooking.
