Chips

  • Bag of Oven Chips
  • Oil (Vegetable or Sunflower)

Mushy Peas

  • 200g frozen peas
  • 20g butter
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp chopped tarragon
  • 1 tsp chopped mint

How to make it

  1. Cook the Chip Shop Large Cod Fillets as per the instructions on the pack.

Chips

  1. Place your chips on an oven tray and spray or lightly drizzle with your oil (this makes them extra crispy).
  2. Cook according to the instructions on-pack instructions.

Mushy Peas

  1. Cook the peas in boiling water for 2 minutes & drain.
  2. Transfer to a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the butter, vinegar & herbs & process for a short time until broken down but still retaining some texture.
