What you’ll need

  • 400g Potatoes - washed & peeled
  • Sunflower Oil for Frying

How to make it

  1. Cut the fries using knife or a spiralizer & leave to soak in water for 10 minutes
  2. Drain & dry the fries well, heat the sunflower in a deep frying & shallow fry the skinny fries until golden
  3. Delicious with our Gastro Haddock Fish Finger Sandwich
