Homemade Skinny Fries
What you’ll need
- 400g Potatoes - washed & peeled
- Sunflower Oil for Frying
How to make it
- Cut the fries using knife or a spiralizer & leave to soak in water for 10 minutes
- Drain & dry the fries well, heat the sunflower in a deep frying & shallow fry the skinny fries until golden
- Delicious with our Gastro Haddock Fish Finger Sandwich
