Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Basa with Caprese Salad & Spiralised Fries
What you’ll need
Caprese Salad
- 260g Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
- 80g Mozzarella – diced
- 1 Bunch of fresh Basil- Leaves picked
- 1 shallot finely sliced
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Spiralised potato fries
- 600g Maris Piper Potatoes – peeled
- 2tbsp Olive Oil

How to make it
- Cook the Lightly Dusted Sea Salt & Black Pepper Fillets as per pack instruction.
Caprese Salad
- Mix tomatoes, cheese, shallots gently.
- Scatter the whole Basil leaves over them, then, just before serving, sprinkle with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.
Spiralised potato fries
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/Fan 190°C/ Gas mark 7.
- Use a spiraliser to make the Potatoes into long curly Noodles.
- Lay the noodles out on a large baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil, toss well to coat the noodles making sure they end up as a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins, tossing around in the tray half way through cooking, until crisp. Season to taste.
