What you’ll need

Caprese Salad

  • 260g Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
  • 80g Mozzarella – diced
  • 1 Bunch of fresh Basil- Leaves picked
  • 1 shallot finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Spiralised potato fries

  • 600g Maris Piper Potatoes – peeled
  • 2tbsp Olive Oil

How to make it

  1. Cook the Lightly Dusted Sea Salt & Black Pepper Fillets as per pack instruction.

Caprese Salad

  1. Mix tomatoes, cheese, shallots gently.
  2. Scatter the whole Basil leaves over them, then, just before serving, sprinkle with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.

Spiralised potato fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/Fan 190°C/ Gas mark 7.
  2. Use a spiraliser to make the Potatoes into long curly Noodles.
  3. Lay the noodles out on a large baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil, toss well to coat the noodles making sure they end up as a single layer.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins, tossing around in the tray half way through cooking, until crisp. Season to taste.
