How to make it
- Cook the Sweet Chilli Marinated Basa Fillets as per instructions on pack
- Bring a large Pan of boiling water to the boil, add the rice & return to boil & cook for 16 minutes
- Trim the ends off the carrot & courgette & using a vegetable peeler make long thin strips down the length of the carrot & courgette to make Ribbons. Place in a steamer & cover & steam for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the Jasmine rice well & mix with Coriander & serve with the Marinated Basa & the courgette & carrot Ribbons drizzled with the Soy Sauce
