  • 1 x Pack of 4’s Young’s Cod in Butter Sauce
  • 80g Frozen Peas
  • 20g Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 800g Maris Piper potatoes
  • 60g unsalted butter
  • 3tbsp double cream
  • Salt & Pepper

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas 6.
  2. Cook the Young’s Cod in Butter Sauce as per instructions on pack.
  3. For the Mash, Peel and chop the potatoes and boil until tender. Drain & mash with the butter, cream & seasoning.
  4. Carefully remove the Cod in butter sauce from the pouches & place the 4 blocks into the base of an oven proof dish, break up the Cod into smaller chunks & top with the peas.
  5. Cover with the mash potato & sprinkle with the cheese.
  6. Place in the centre of the oven & bake for 40- 45 minutes.
