- Crusty White Rolls
- Little Gem Lettuce
- 1 pack of cheese slices
- Thinly sliced salad tomatoes
- Tomato ketchup or mayonnaise to serve.

- Slice the crusty white rolls in half and layer the lettuce, tomatoes, fish cake and cheese slice to make your perfect burger.
- Finish with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
