How to make it

  1. First, pre-heat your oven to 220°C (fan 190°C / gas mark 7) and place the Lemon & Herb Basa Fillets on a baking tray in the centre of the oven to cook for 25 mins.
  2. Next, cut the potatoes into matchsticks and rinse in cold water.
  3. Drain and pat the potatoes with a kitchen towel to dry then, heat the sunflower oil in a deep frying pan and shallow fry the fries until golden coloured.
  4. Finally, remove the fries from the oil, and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Toss with salt and pepper, or any other desired seasonings, and serve immediately with Lemon & Herb Tempura Basa Fillets.
