What you’ll need

  • 1 Pack of Young’s Gastro 8 Chunky Breaded Fish Fingers
  • 1 Pack of Good Quality Hard Cheese (or a mixture of different cheeses)
  • 200ml White Wine
  • Juice of half a Lemon
  • 1tbsp Dijon Mustard

How to make it

  1. Cook the Fish Fingers according to the instructions on pack.
  2. Add the cheese to a heavy based pan on a low heat and begin to melt the cheese.
  3. Add 1tbsp of wine at a time to the melting cheese, continuously whisking.
  4. When the cheese has melted and all the wine has been added, add the mustard and mix until completely smooth.
  5. Add the lemon juice & season to taste.
