How to make it
- Cook the Fish Fingers according to the instructions on pack.
- Add the cheese to a heavy based pan on a low heat and begin to melt the cheese.
- Add 1tbsp of wine at a time to the melting cheese, continuously whisking.
- When the cheese has melted and all the wine has been added, add the mustard and mix until completely smooth.
- Add the lemon juice & season to taste.
