  • 1 red chilli
  • Juice of a lime
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How to make it

  1. Cook Calamari as per on pack cooking instructions
  2. Finely chop the red chilli, coriander & peel & chop garlic clove
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and spoon out into a bowl
  4. Mash the avocado with a fork and add in chopped ingredients
  5. Add the mayo and lime juice, season and stir
  6. Spoon into small dipping bowl, place on the side of a plate and serve with the Calamari
