Wholetail Scampi & Summer Sides

What you’ll need

  • 1 pack Gastro Wholetail Scampi
  • Summer Slaw
  • ½ small red cabbage
  • 1 carrot grated
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Sweetcorn Relish
  • 1 cup sweetcorn
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • Tabasco (optional)

How to make it

  1. Cook the Scampi according to back of pack instructions
  2. Mix the cabbage, carrot, lemon and mayonnaise and season to taste
  3. Mix the sweetcorn, tomato and the ketchup together.. season to taste and add tabasco if desired
  4. Serve with sweet potato fries
