What you’ll need

  • 1 x Pack of Gastro Sea Salt & Black Pepper Basa
  • 1 pack of Asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • ½ bag new potatoes, washed
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Smoked paprika

How to make it

  1. Cook the Basa fillets as per the instructions on the pack.
  2. Slice the potatoes in half and part boil for 2 – 3 minutes and drain.
  3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil then add paprika and sea salt to taste.
  4. Transfer to a baking tray and roast in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes to the potatoes for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 1 minute and drain, toss with lemon zest and serve.
