  • 1 pack of Young’s King Prawns & Scallops with Lemon & Pink Peppercorn Butter

How to make it

  1. Defrost the King Prawns & Scallops according to the instructions on pack.
  2. Soak 10 mini wooden/bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.
  3. Thread the prawns and scallops onto the skewers, 3 per skewer.
  4. In a small pan, melt the lemon & pink peppercorn butter and brush the melted butter over the prawns and scallops.
  5. Place the Prawn & Scallop skewers under a pre-heated grill for 4-6 minutes turning occasionally and baste with any remaining butter.
