How to make it
- Cook the Simply Breaded Cod according to the on pack instructions.
- Heat the olive oil and fry the onions until soft. Add the garlic, fry for a further minute then add the chopped tomatoes and mixed herbs. Cook until reduced down and thickened.
- Spoon the tomato sauce over the middle of the Cod fillets and top with the grated cheese. Place back in the oven until the cheese is golden and melted.
- Enjoy! Make this a meal by serving this up with your favourite salad.
