What you’ll need

  • 2x Packs of Gastro Jumbo Wholetail Scampi
  • 3tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce

Vegetable Fried Rice

  • 500g Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 4 Spring onions, sliced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 Eggs, Beaten
  • 100g Frozen Peas
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

How to make it


  1. Cook the Jumbo Wholetail Scampi According to the on-pack instructions.
  2. Once cooked, drizzle the sweet chilli sauce over the scampi and return to the oven for a couple of minutes.

Vegetable Fried Rice

  1. Heat the sesame oil, add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the cooked rice, spring onions & peas, fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the egg, fry for a further 2 minutes.

To Serve

  1. Place the Jumbo Wholetail Scampi on top of the vegetable fried rice.
