Sea Salt & Black Pepper Basa Fillets with a Tomato, Harissa & Bean Ragu

How to make it
- Cook the Basa Fillets according to the instructions on pack.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and fry until soft. Add the tomatoes, Harissa paste, veg. stock cube and beans.
- Cook for 10 mins until reduced and thickened.
- Serve the ragu in bowls and top with the Basa Fillets. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley
