What you’ll need

  • 1x Pack of Gastro Sea Salt & Black Pepper Basa Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Harissa Paste
  • 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • Vegetable Stock Cube
  • 1 tin Mixed Beans (or beans of your choice)
  • Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley – Roughly Chopped

How to make it

  1. Cook the Basa Fillets according to the instructions on pack.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and fry until soft. Add the tomatoes, Harissa paste, veg. stock cube and beans.
  3. Cook for 10 mins until reduced and thickened.
  4. Serve the ragu in bowls and top with the Basa Fillets. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley
